Today also is the first full day of Hanukkah, as it started last night. Hanukkah, which is the Hebrew word for "dedication," is a Jewish celebration that lasts eight days and eight nights. It commemorates the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem, where, according to Jewish belief, a miracle occurred that allowed oil to light a menorah for eight days, when there only was enough oil for one day.
Hanukkah is not one of the most important holidays according to Jewish law. Yet, the fact that the hanukiah is placed in a door or window illustrates that there is a desire "publicize the miracle" of the oil and menorah. Hanukkah has gained in importance in recent decades in North America, and has become commercialized and festive, partly because of its proximity to Christmas. (the last time it was this early was 2013)

Have you been using antiperspirant wrong your whole life? You should really be using it at night, not in the morning.
You sweat less while you're asleep, which gives the active ingredients more time to absorb into your skin. Most types are meant to last 24 to 48 hours, so it'll still work the next day.
Showering won't wash it off, so you can still shower in the morning, and depending on how much you sweat, you might not even need to use it every day.
If you're a deodorant person, here's another tip: You shouldn't put it on right after you get out of the shower.
Deodorant is meant to be used on skin that's totally dry. So it works better if you wait until your pits have aired out, and there's no moisture at all.
