A poll looked at the lifestyle changes we try to make but can't follow through with. Most of us buckle within two months thanks to no willpower, no motivation, and not having enough time. Here are the top ten changes we can't get to stick . . .

1. Exercising more.

2. Going to bed earlier.

3. Hitting 10,000 steps a day.

4. Eating less sugar.

5. Using your phone less.

6. Cutting back on alcohol.

7. Eating more vegetables.

8. Reading more.

9. Being better about recycling.

10. Making sure you get enough "me time."

There's a new poll, where Americans were asked about their names: How they got them, how hard they've been to deal with, and if they like them.

1. When asked how they got their name, 38% of people said both their parents picked it together. 27% say their mom decided on it alone . . . 11% say their dad picked it . . . and 3% say a SIBLING named them.

2. When asked "who or what" they're named after, 30% of people said their parents just liked the way the name sounded. 27% say they're named after a family member . . . 6% say they're named after a family friend . . . and 5% say their names were inspired by a "religious reference" or "a celebrity."

3. Men are more likely to have names that are easier to spell and pronounce.

57% of men say their name is "very easy" to spell, and another 20% say it's "somewhat easy to spell." That might be situations like: John, with and without an H. Just 42% of women say their name is "very easy" to spell, with another 26% saying it's "somewhat easy."

Overall, 81% of Americans say their names are very easy or somewhat easy to pronounce. That includes 84% of men, and 78% of women.

4. When asked if you LIKE your own name, 60% of men like their first name, while 59% of women do. As for middle names, 58% of men like theirs, while 65% of women like theirs.

5. 23% of Americans go by a nickname based on their first name, and 4% use their initials.

6. 62% of people would classify their name as "common" . . . 26% say theirs is "unique" . . . and 12% are not sure.

Traveling this holiday season? You might want to stay away from Somalia. (yea..i know it wasn't high on your list to begin with.)

According to the US State Department, they officially recommend that if you travel to Somalia, you first "Draft a will and designate appropriate insurance beneficiaries", "Be sure to appoint one family member to serve as the point of contact with hostage-takers", "review the Live Piracy Report", etc.

YIKES!!!!!

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - Marlboro cigarettes were initially targeted at women. So Philip Morris created the Marlboro Man to let men know it was okay to smoke them too.
