Good luck to the 25 of America's best soccer players, headed to Qatar to represent the U.S. in the World Cup. The World Cup will be held in from Nov. 20 through Dec. 18, with the first match for the U.S. scheduled on Nov. 21 against Wales.
The event itself has been mired in controversy. The selection of Qatar as the host country has been tainted with bribery scandals, which was recently detailed in the Netflix "FIFA Uncovered" documentary. There have also been issues with how foreign workers who helped build venues were treated. Amnesty International argued security guards were being used as "forced labor," among other transgressions. Human rights violatons have also been front and center, with the Danish men's national team recently told they cannot wear pro-human rights training shirts at the event.
The 2022 FIFA World Cup will be broadcast live across FOX Sports (FOX and FS1) in the English Language as well as on Telemundo in Spanish. Live Stream: You can live stream the 2022 FIFA World Cup on Peacock, Fubo, SlingTV, and Vidgo. Check your YouTubeTV. The World Cup will be on Tubi TV for free to be streamed on-demand, but only after the games are finished.

Facial hair enthusiasts claimed to have set a new world record for longest beard chain during an event in Wyoming on Friday, the Casper Star-Tribune reports.
Participants gathered at Gaslight Social, a bar in Casper, where they stood side by side and clipped their beards together to create a hairy chain that was measured at 150 feet long, according to the newspaper. That’s more than double the Guinness World Record of 62 feet, 6 inches, set in Germany in 2007.
To participate, people needed to sport a beard at least 8 inches long, according to the Star-Tribune.
The event occurred on the sidelines of the National Beard and Moustache Championships, which took place Saturday at the city’s Ford Wyoming Center.

A Kentucky-based artist named Marcus Floyd has developed a prototype for a horse sneaker and it's a bit of a gimmick. He worked with a tourism agency, and it was part of an initiative to "bring awareness" to Kentucky.
But they actually ARE a real thing. Marcus takes a pair of human shoes . . . Adidas, Air Jordans, anything . . . deconstructs them, and then reassembles them so they fit over a pre-made protective boot for horses.
They are wearable . . . but making a full set of them takes Marcus around 17 hours, so they're not cheap. Prices start at $1,200 per shoe for his custom work, depending on the complexity of the design.

We had a story on things Men were sick of being judged for...now someone on Reddit asked women to name things they're sick of being judged for. Here are the highlights . . .
1. Getting older. Everyone should be allowed to "age in peace."
2. Not being married yet. Men seem to get more leeway before they start getting the "Why are you still single" questions. ("Choosing not to have kids" also made the list.)
3. Being JUSTIFIABLY upset or angry about something. Women tend to get labeled as "aggressive" . . . called the B-word . . . or asked things like, "Is it that time of the month?"
4. Wearing comfortable clothing. It seems like guys can wear gym shorts and flip-flops to the opera, and no one cares.
5. Lifting weights, or being competitive with sports. With weights, lots of women have heard things like, "That's great . . . just don't get too bulky."
6. Being bad at cooking, or other "WOMEN" chores. It's 2022 and we order a lot of DoorDash these days. So back off.
7. Being a stay-at-home mom. A lot of people act like it's the lazy option now, or like all moms should have a job too and do it all. On the flipside, being judged for "having a career" while being a mom also made the list.
8. Anything and everything related to weight. Women face a lot more judgment about it than men do.
9. Not smiling enough. Guys are never told to "smile more."
10. Pooping. Why can guys be crass about bathroom stuff, but women can't?

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - More than five billion phones will be thrown away in 2022 . . . more than enough to stretch all the way around the equator.
Nice that the new way of doing things is you trade your phone in and they take it.
