Of course, he's a Florida Man.

A 28-year-old man named Eward Rodriguez walked into a Waffle House in Florida on Monday evening with his dog and announced that he was there to rob the place. He shouted, quote, "Get on the ground, y'all are getting robbed."

He didn't appear to have a weapon, but he did raise his hands with his fingers out in the shape of a gun. He also admitted that he was "high and drunk."

The "robbery" wasn't what witnesses were expecting. Eward just grabbed some napkins, walked out, got into his vehicle, and drove off.

Someone called 911, and the authorities identified Eward. They found him, and he admitted that he'd been at the Waffle House "to get some napkins."

He also said he was going to rob the place, but it's unclear why he didn't follow through or maybe he did mean to rob them of napkins. Either way, Eward was charged with unarmed robbery and assault.

Halloween is Sunday, and if you're still on a horror movie kick, here's a list from Nerdist.com of the Best Opening Scenes in Horror Movies. (in no particular order)

"Jaws" . . . Nothing like a skinny dip in the ocean that results with a Great White attack and blood-curdling screams to kick off a movie.

"Scream" . . . You got Drew Barrymore, the first phone call introduction to Ghostface, and the iconic line, "What's your favorite scary movie?"

The 1978 "Halloween" . . . Young Michael Myers kills his sister while wearing a clown costume.

"Final Destination 2" . . . This scene has probably caused freeway anxiety for anyone who has seen it. A tree trunk comes loose on the back of a lumber truck on a highway and immediately crashes through the windshield of the car behind it, causing a massive pile-up.

"A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors" . . . It opens with Partricia Arquette and the concept of a "dream within a dream". Her character thinks she's woken up from a dream, only to find her bathroom faucet handles are Freddy's claws as he cuts open her wrist.

"Jurassic Park" . . . Even though this isn't a typical "horror" movie, the opening is violent enough to count. Let's just say the transport of a velociraptor doesn't go very well for a few.

"The Hitcher" . . . C. Thomas Howell picks up a hitchhiker . . . and well, it gets creepy and the hitchhiker says he murdered the last guy that picked him up.

"The Silence of the Lambs" . . . Jodie Foster is seen running through the forest with ominous music. It's shot from an angle like she's being watched.

"Get Out" . . . It opens with the kidnapping of Andre. He is dragged into a man's car while the song "Run Rabbit Run" plays.

"It Follows" . . . A girl runs from her house in undergarments and heels from an invisible monster . . . she drives off to a beach, where she meets her demise.

A new study found the average American feels the most stressed at 36 years old. Also, nearly two-thirds of people say they're better at managing stress than they were 10 years ago but 18% of us are still stressed "all the time."

People say "sleep problems" is the #1 thing that tips them off that they're stressed. Headaches are #2, followed by food cravings, high blood pressure, and brain fog.

A guy near Toronto got pulled over on Wednesday for driving while playing a flute with both hands.

He was sitting at a red light, playing along to a song on his iPod. Then the light changed, and he continued to play as he started driving again.

Some cops happened to be out doing distracted driving enforcement and pulled him over.

They posted a photo of the flute, which was made of wood, not metal (looks more like a recorder but played like a flute.)

They weren't able to provide the name of the song he was playing along to. But they gave him a ticket and told him not to flute-and-drive again.

Dentists weigh in on the worst Halloween candies for your teeth.

Gummies. It's because they take a while to chew, and pieces can get lodged between your teeth.

Caramel candies. They're sticky, take a long time to dissolve, and can be hard to brush away at the end of the night.

Starburst and Now and Laters. They're tacky so they can pull on fillings and crowns.

Lollipops. They're eaten slowly, so sugar is in contact with your teeth for a longer period of time.

Pixy Stix or Wonka Fun Dip. Sour powder candies are incredibly acidic, which messes with the pH of your mouth and can damage your tooth enamel.

For what it's worth, the dentists said two Halloween treats weren't so bad: Regular old chocolate, which dissolves quickly and can be brushed away easily and caramel apples, because the crisp apples help clean the surfaces of your teeth.
