Is brushing your teeth the last thing you do before bed? If you have trouble falling asleep, you might want to change that.
Do it earlier (it will keep you from late-night snacking as well)
Any sort of activity right before bed can jolt you awake a little bit and tell your body it's not time to sleep yet. That includes brushing your teeth, washing your face, or even just turning on a bright light in your bathroom.
So try doing all that stuff 30 minutes to an hour before your normal bedtime. Then you can go straight to bed, and hopefully fall asleep faster.

We're about a week away from Groundhog Day, and PETA is ALREADY raising a stink about us using real groundhogs to pretend-predict the weather.
They are (again) calling for Punxsutawney Phil to be retired, and now they're offering to replace him with a giant gold coin, which would be flipped, with one side calling for six more weeks of winter, and an early spring on the other.
PETA says, "Groundhogs can't make heads or tails of the weather forecast and shouldn't be jostled around by large members of a different species and thrust in front of noisy crowds for a photo op."
Also, we'd need a new name for "Groundhog Day," and PETA suggests something like, "Weather There'll Be More Winter Day."
Let's not forget the history behind it with farmers in Germany.
We'll discuss in about a week.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson showed up on WWE "Monday Night Raw" a few weeks ago, and teased a return to the ring. But it turns out something even BIGGER was in the works.
The Rock has joined the board of directors at TKO, the company that owns both WWE and the UFC.
More WWE news dropped yesterday when it was announced that "Raw" is moving to NETFLIX in 2025. That's right, you'll soon need to buy a subscription to watch it, if you don't have one already.
"Raw" debuted in 1993. It currently airs on the USA Network.

A cop in New Jersey delivered a baby on the side of the road in a snowstorm last week. And firefighters in Wisconsin delivered a baby in a McDonald's parking lot, also in a snowstorm. Both babies are doing great. The McDonald's kid's name is Micah, but his parents are calling him "McFlurry". (does this mean the child will be broken most of the time?)

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass got a lot of hate after a missed field goal ended their season on Sunday. He even got death threats. But now Bills fans are making up for it by donating thousands in his name to a no-kill animal shelter.
It's a cat rescue he's involved with called the Ten Lives Club. His jersey number is "2", so fans have been calling in and donating $22 in his name. On Monday and Tuesday alone, they raised over $100,000.

The internet was in outrage mode yesterday after the Oscar nominations were out. Big snub to Gretta Gerwig and Margot Robbie from Barbienot getting Director and Lead Actress noms.
Greta Gerwig: made a critically acclaimed culturally profound, feminist movie about Barbie and the patriarchy that made a billion dollars at the box office...Oscar nomination goes to Ken.
Another said this situation "is actually the whole plot of Barbie.
Then the people that missed the point..well Margot got a nod as a producer and Greta got a screenwriting nom.
Kudos to America Ferrera for her Supporting Actress nom though.

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - The best theory on where pink lemonade comes from is that a circus vendor in the late 1800s accidentally dropped a red cinnamon candy into a batch of lemonade, which turned it pink . . . and it was a big hit.
