Jason Kelce brother of Travis, you know, Taylor Swift's boyfriend, is reportedly stepping away from playing football.

The NFL and ESPN both cited sources who say the Philadelphia Eagles center, 36, played his final game on Monday night after 13 years with the team.

Sources told ESPN that Kelce announced to his teammates in the locker room after they lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 32-9, in a wildcard playoff game that he intends to retire.

The reason...he doesn't have a high profile girlfriend that attends his games.

A guy in Germany broke a world record by chugging a full cup of coffee in THREE SECONDS.

His name is Felix von Meibom, and his official time was 3.12 seconds.

The previous record was 3.17 seconds.  So he only beat it by five one-hundredths of a second.

A lot of people in the Instagram comments seem to think they could do it faster.

I have questions..was it hot? Why?

The average American in their 50s now has a net worth of $1.1 million to $1.4 million.

That's true . . . although it's heavily skewed by SUPER rich people.  Most people are not average.  They're either millionaires many times over, or they can't afford to keep Disney+.  The MEDIAN net worth for Americans in their 50s is about $300,000, and that includes property and retirement accounts.

So, since having a million dollars is . . . complicated . . . a new survey asked people what they'd need to say they financially "made it" in life.

The #1 answer was being "financially independent," and not having to rely on others for money.  The average American says they need to make at least $94,000 a year to feel financially independent.

Other popular responses were:  Moving up in your career . . . settling into a job that you love . . . not having to work at all . . . and being able to spend and pay bills without worrying about money.

Taco Bell just announced its first ever CEREAL, a breakfast take on their cinnamon twist dessert option.

Not in stores or online but free in some cities with Uber Eats.

For everyone else, here's the actual advice Taco Bell gave:  Just order some normal Cinnamon Twists . . . crush 'em up . . . and add milk.  So it sounds like that's what the actual cereal is too.

The kids on TikTok are still obsessing over outdated terms that make you sound old.  Here's another one:  If you step away from your computer and type "BRB" . . . short for "be right back" . . . you're ancient.

Young people claim they never really use it, and maybe there's a good reason . . . because they're NEVER away from their computers.  Everyone has their phone with them constantly, so you don't need to write "BRB" very often.

A person posted a photo of an early 2000s computer desk area and said something that resonated with a lot of Millennials and Gen X'ers.

Quote, "It was kind of nice [when] the internet was a single, solitary, unmoving place instead of a terror that extends to everywhere.  You went to this specific spot to go to the Internet, [and] when you left the spot, you left the Internet.  It was a place."

Could Elon Musk, who is worth $230 Billion be the first Trillionaire? There's the thought that we'll see one in the next 10 years.

To put $1 trillion in perspective:  A million one-dollar bills stacked up would be 358 feet high, and a billion would be about 68 MILES high.  That's right around the edge of space.

A TRILLION one-dollar bills would be just under 6,800 miles high, or almost a third of the distance to the Moon.

I like the orange analogy. 1 million would fill a swimming pool

1 billion would fill a stadium (once you removed all the snow)

so it's 1000 billion stadiums.

Snowboarders in Utah saved a guy who got caught in an avalanche and buried under three feet of snow.

It's actually the second avalanche he's survived just in the past two years.

He says this one was a lot scarier than the first, and the near-death experience changed his perspective on life.  Going forward, he plans to spend a lot more time helping other people.

How about staying away from snow covered mountains!!!

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - In the opening credits for the first season of "Gilligan's Island", there's an American flag flying at half-mast in the background of one shot.  It's because they were filmed just after JFK was shot in 1963.
