30 Years Ago - 1994 Prince released his sixteenth album known as The Black Album.
Also referred to as the Funk Bible.
It was a re-released, remastered audio, and some title revisions of his 1987 album. It would have been the follow-up to Sign o' the Times.
After Prince became convinced that the album was "evil", he ordered it to be withdrawn a week before its release date. It was replaced with the album Lovesexy, a brighter pop-oriented album with elements of religious affirmation.

25 Years Ago - 1999 Prince (or Glyph symbol at the time) released his twenty-third studio album Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic.
Guests included Gwen Stefani, Eve, and Sheryl Crow (strangely not on the cover of Everyday Is a Winding Road.)
These two songs were supposed to be singles but were never released due to the lukewarm commercial success.
"So Far, So Pleased" with Gwen Stefani
"Hot Wit' U" with Eve.
