A rare giraffe born without spots at a Tennessee zoo finally has a name, and it's a perfect fit!

Meet Kipekee. That's the name given to the 5-week-old baby giraffe at the Brights Zoo in Limestone, Tennessee.

She's the only known spotless giraffe in the world.

Kipekee means "unique" in Swahili. Some 40,000 people voted to name her.

The last time a spotless giraffe appeared in the spotlight was in Tokyo more than 50 years ago.

Yesterday was the start of the NFL regular season, but players care more about their rating for the video game Madden NFL 24.

The game is good for something. Most players grew up playing Madden, including the player on this version’s cover, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who would game with his brother and father. "That’s how I learned the rules – the basic coverages of a defense, the basic offensive concepts," Allen said on the "Pardon My Take" podcast.

Then there is the Madden curse.

Since Garrison Hearst broke his ankle in 1998 shortly after appearing on the cover of Madden NFL 99, most of the players who starred on the game’s cover have suffered an injury the following season. Of the 22 players who have been selected to grace the cover of Madden games, 16 have had troubling or abruptly shortened seasons following their cover debut — including several who suffered season-ending injuries shortly after their game hit shelves.

All eyes are on Josh Allen this year.

New TikTok challenge we can talk about.

The newest food trend on TikTok is to add tea bags to bottles of Sprite.

You can use 7 Up too, or any lemon-lime soda. Basically, you're just making caffeinated iced tea with a citrusy twist built in.

You can use any tea. But the TikTok hack specifically suggests two bags of Lipton Black Tea.

You open a 20-ounce bottle of Sprite . . . drink a little bit to make room . . . add two tea bags . . . turn the bottle over . . . and let them steep in the fridge for 20 minutes. Then you squeeze some lemon juice in, and pour it over ice.

A restaurant in Malaysia posted a video recipe in July. But TikTok just latched onto it in the past couple weeks.

The company that makes Cup Noodle just announced the debut of caffeinated Ramen.

Their target market isn't really the breakfast crowd. They're going after hungry gamers who stay up late playing video games online. They even put the word "Gaming" in the product name "Gaming Cup Noodle".

There are two different flavors: A black pepper-and-garlic one, and a ginger-curry version.

They'll start selling them on September 18th.....only in Japan for now.

It's not clear how much caffeine they're packing, but supposedly enough to give you a nice big energy boost and keep you alert.

In a new poll, people were asked if they've ever lied about their height.

79% of people haven't.

11% of people will exaggerate it by at least an inch. 6% say they usually claim they're an inch taller than they are . . . another 3% add two inches . . . and another 2% try to pull off three.

4% of people say they're shorter than they are.

You might guess that those people are women . . . taller women . . . but the demographic that's more likely to say that is younger men.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - The Straw Hat Riot of 1922 was an eight-day riot in New York City over whether men could wear straw hats after the summer was over.
