We made it to Friday! Here are four tips to make your weekends feel longer . . .

1. Do your weekend chores during the work week. It's a little easier to accomplish if you're working from home. That way, your weekends are for YOU and not endless tasks.

2. Wake up early every day. You'll get more out of your days, AND you don't mess up your sleep schedule from the rest of the work week.

3. Make plans for Friday night. You'll get in something fun to kick off the weekend, so when Saturday rolls around, you'll still feel like you have TWO weekend days left. Just don't get too wild or stay out too late on Friday, otherwise Saturday will be a throw away day.

4. Split your weekends between "doing stuff" and "doing nothing." Meaning, you spend Friday and Saturday doing things like hanging with friends, errands, and chores. Then on Sunday, do nothing as a way to "reset."

After "Bachelorette" Jenn Tran was forced to watch her heart-wrenching breakup on live TV for our amusement, one pollster decided to ask: Has reality TV gone too far?

And 57% of Americans say YES . . . unscripted shows take too many liberties with contestants and their emotions.

56% also say reality TV producers should be held accountable for the mental health of participants.

Almost half of Millennials . . . 46% . . . say they're reconsidering watching "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" because of what Jenn went through. And 45% say it made them reflect on the reality shows they consume.

Wild guess: If you've got a toddler at home, you probably don't have much free time on your hands . . .

A study found parents with kids six and under only get 31 minutes of "me time" a day, on average. Around one in seven said it feels more like ZERO "me time."

Even when you do get time to yourself, it's hard to relax. 96% said it feels like they're always "on call."

Here's how parents with young kids spend their day . . .

For working parents: 9 hours at work, or commuting . . . 4 hours getting their kid ready, or helping them in other ways . . . 2 hours shuttling them around . . . 2 hours spent on chores and cooking . . . and 1 hour on miscellaneous tasks. That leaves around 6 hours left over for sleeping.

For non-working parents: 9 hours looking after your kid . . . 4 hours of chores . . . 2 hours of shuttling them around . . . and 2 hours of miscellaneous tasks. Leaving around 7 hours for sleep.

You shouldn't judge people too quickly, or over one little thing. That said, what's a mispronounced word that immediately makes you think, "That person's DUMB"? Someone asked Reddit. Here are the Top 10 answers . . .

1. Frustrated as FUH-strated

2. Specifically as PUH-cifically

3. Chipotle as chi-POLE-tay. Or chi-pole-TEE.

4. Quesadilla as kay-suh-DILL-uh

5. Anything that starts with an "es" sound, but you make it an "eck" sound: ECK-scape . . . ECK-cetera . . . and ECK-spresso.

6. Nuclear as nuke-YOU-lar. That's probably the most common one on the list.

7. Fajitas with an "R" . . . FRUH-he-tuhs. Or a "J" . . . fuh-JEE-tuhs.

8. Library as li-BARRY

9. Supposably when you mean supposedly. Supposably IS a word, but it's not what you mean. The definitions are slightly different.

10. Irregardless. Another one that sounds dumb, but IS in the dictionary. Merriam-Webster lists it as a "nonstandard" word. The definition is . . . "regardless."

Two in five Americans say they've hit "peak stress" for the year. 41% are more stressed now than at any other point in 2024.

The average person feels totally overwhelmed 156 times a year, or roughly once every 2.5 days. Here are the Top 10 things we're currently stressed about.

1. Money.

2. The economy. So, money again.

3. Our physical health.

4. Family.

5. Our mental health. So, we're stressed about BEING stressed.

6. The election.

7. The news, and everything happening around the world.

8. Work. You'd think that would be a little higher on the list.

9. An unexpected life event.

10. Your relationship.

The good news is we do have some strategies for dealing with all that stress. And the #1 thing people do to deal with it is. . . turn on some music.
