You can learn to do almost anything by watching YouTube videos.
Some guy in Brazil ended up in the E.R. last month after watching YouTube tutorials . . . and trying to give himself a NOSE JOB.
He's not the first person to try it. YouTube has to remove "at-home rhinoplasty" videos all the time to prevent other people from doing it.
As you'd expect, it never goes well. It can even KILL you if you go into anaphylactic shock.
The guy showed up to the E.R. with his nose all jacked up and infected. He said he used an anesthetic from a vet to dull the pain while he did surgery on himself. But he didn't use gloves or clean the wound at all.
He was trying to make his nose thinner, and he stitched himself up afterward. It sounds like he also used super-glue to close the wound.
Doctors treated the infection and sent him home. They referred him to a specialist for more treatment, and told him to start seeing a therapist.

Do you use a "baby talk" voice when you're talking to babies and little kids? Or do you just talk to them like an adult?
Last month, a Harvard study found that baby talk is pretty much universal.
Across all cultures, people all around the world tend to raise the pitch of their voice and talk in a sing-songy way to little kids. Even tribes in Africa do it.
Now a new poll asked over 20,000 Americans if they use baby talk with little kids, and most of us admit we do.
Only 22% said they usually talk to kids in the same voice they use with adults.
That said, baby talk does have its place . . . and don't you DARE use it on your significant other when you're out in public. 75% of people said it's annoying to hear adults use baby talk on other adults.

Reddit has been talking about something called the "2-2-2" rule for a while. It's supposed to help keep the spark alive in your marriage, and a lot of experts seem to like it. So what does "2-2-2" mean? Each "2" is a reminder for something different.
1. The first "2" means a date night every two weeks.
Or, two dates a month if that's easier to remember. It's not a hard-and-fast rule, just a guideline.
2. The second "2" stands for a weekend away every two months.
That's a tough one if you're a parent. So if you can't swing it, just something a little more special than a normal date night.
3. The third "2" means a full week away every two years.
Ideally, WITHOUT your kids, so you can just spend time with each other and relax.

Reboot time -
Jake Gyllenhaal will star in a remake of "Road House", which is being produced to stream on Amazon Prime. The original came out in 1989 . . . and starred Patrick Swayze as a bouncer, who has to clean up a rowdy bar.
In the new version, Jake will play a former UFC fighter who, "takes a job as a bouncer at a rough-and-tumble roadhouse in the Florida Keys, but soon discovers that not everything is what it seems." It's too soon to say when it might premiere.
Selena Gomez is producing a reboot of the '80s comedy, "Working Girl". The original came out in 1988, and starred Melanie Griffith, Sigourney Weaver, Joan Cusack, and Harrison Ford.
The movie is expected to premiere on Hulu, but it's still a long way off.
A new "Exorcist" trilogy in the works, and Ann Dowd has just joined the cast. You might know her from "The Leftovers" and "The Handmaid's Tale". The rest of the cast includes: Leslie Odom Jr. and Ellen Burstyn, who's revisiting her role as Chris MacNeil.
I did enjoy the creepy TV reboot a couple years ago.
