James Earl Jones, the prolific film, TV and theater actor whose resonant, unmistakable baritone was most widely known as the voice of “Star Wars” villain Darth Vader, died Monday at the age of 93.

He was also the voice King Mufasa in Disney’s animated feature “The Lion King” in 1994.

Did you celebrate your Birthday yesterday? September 9th is the most common birthday in the US.  According to the Social Security Administration, it's #1.  September 19th is next, and then September 12th.

The Top 10 are actually all days that fall between September 9th and September 20th . . . because if you count backward 40 weeks, you get to early December.

More babies are made in the lead-up to the holidays than any other time of year, because there's more cheer in the air, more time on our hands . . . and more booze in our system.

Despite that fact, September somehow ISN'T the most common MONTH to be born . . . that's August.  July is next, and September is third.

The least common month to be born is February, partly because it has the fewest days.  April is next, followed by November.

The "Tonight Show" is going to four days a week.

Starting with the new fall season, there will be new episodes on Monday through Thursday, then a repeat on Friday night.

"Tonight" was actually the ONLY late-night show still doing five nights a week.  "Jimmy Kimmel Live", "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert", "Late Night with Seth Meyers", and "The Daily Show" all do four.

And Kimmel has been taking summers off for the past few years.

Fallon is signed with the "Tonight Show" through 2028.

Also to note, David Letterman would tape two shows on Thursday so he could have Fridays off.

According to a website called Sportscasting.com, NFL fans will have to pay $15.02 for a beer and hot dog at stadiums this season.  But not all the prices are the same.

Here are the stadiums where a brew and a dog cost the most . . .

1.  Seattle Seahawks . . . $19.98

2.  Both the L.A. Rams and the L.A. Chargers . . . $19.49

4.  And the Chicago Bears, New Orleans Saints, and Jacksonville Jaguars are basically all at $19.00.

New Orleans has the most expensive beers at $12 . . . while the priciest hot dogs are in Seattle and in Los Angeles at $8.49.

The stadiums where a beer and hot dog cost the LEAST are . . .

1.  Atlanta Falcons . . . $7.49

2.  Miami Dolphins . . . $9.98

3.  And the Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens, and Detroit Lions all come in at just under $12.00 for both.

Four teams "only" charge $5.49 for a beer . . . the New York Jets, the Detroit Lions, the Miami Dolphins, and the Atlanta Falcons.

Atlanta also has the cheapest hot dogs at just $2.00 each.  And get this:  22 teams charge more for a BEER than what the Falcons charge for BOTH.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - Thomas Jefferson's wife died before he became president, so their daughter was the First Lady.
