National Toilet Paper Day

In 1890, two American brothers, Irvin and Clarence Scott would perfect what is known today as the toilet paper roll and sell it through their company, the Scott Paper Company.

The toilet paper is to hang in front of (over) or behind (under) the roll when it is placed parallel to the wall.

(you get a pass if you have a pet that likes to unroll the roll, you may put it under.)

BUT The patent for a roll of toilet paper had images with the paper over.

Some very fancy coffee beans just sold at auction for a new world record of $4,542 a pound. (the normal is $12-$16 a pound)

A company called Lamastus Family Estates grew them in Panama. They managed to top their own record set last year, beating it by just $5.

Their beans are grown at high elevation on the side of a volcano.  They're described as having notes of jasmine, mandarin, and lychee.

Most of the beans were bought by a coffee seller in Japan, but a few high-end coffee shops in the U.S. could end up getting their hands on some.

It's not clear how much they plan to sell it for.  But be ready to spend hundreds of dollars for a single cup.

You've heard of Spanx..now there's Sneex! High-Heeled Sneakers.

The website Sneex.com is up, and there are high-heeled sneakers made of leather, mesh, and suede.

Unfortunately, the retail prices range from $395 to $595 per pair, which means they're outside the range of "impulse purchase" and are a luxury one.

Sara Blakely, the founder of Spanx and now Sneex was asked WHY she made "Sneex" her next product and she said, "Have you ever worn high heels!?"

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - There have been 532 people on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list, and 494 of them have been caught.
