Back to School time. Some across the country are already getting back to the classrooms, locally, some PA schools will go next week, and most NY will after Labor Day.
I'll get this tip out early this year. Get the kids back to normal wake-up times by making bedtime 15 minutes earlier each day will it's school wake-up time. This way, it's more gradual and not a shock to be going to bed earlier all of a sudden.
Build Routines - Another back-to-school tip is to start building routines at home. Besides a sleep routine, you can also start having “reading time” each night during a certain time to prepare them for studying and doing homework. Building these routines early on will ensure it won’t be such a shock when the time comes to go back to school because the change won’t be as drastic.
Also, make up a dedicated area for homework. Good lighting, a desk, comfortable chair, and all the tools they will need for homework.

Students from Chicago-area schools got together to bring attention to the war ongoing overseas. They used 5,000 cereal boxes to create an enormous Ukraine flag mosaic.
Which cereals provide the perfect yellow and blue hues, you ask? Corn Pops and Rice Krispies. In addition to attempting to break several Guinness World Records, the students are raising money for Ukraine, and the cereal will be donated to the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
