Pillows lost their fluffiness? Put them in the dryer with a couple tennis balls and that store bought fluffiness will return. (would dryer balls do the same thing??)

A new study looked at the top things people do when they're in a bad mood and want to feel better. Here are the 10 short-term mood boosters people said work best.
1. Eating something. But not always something healthy. Sweets are the #1 choice.
2. Taking a hot bath.
3. Distracting yourself with a TV show or a book.
4. Cooking something, or baking.
5. Deep breathing or meditation.
6. Cleaning your place.
7. Exercising.
8. Just going outside and getting some fresh air.
9. Talking it out with a friend.
10. Hanging out with your pet. A stiff drink just missed the top 10 at #11.

Madea's "retirement" didn't last long. Tyler Perry is bringing her back for a 12th movie, "A Madea Homecoming". It's hitting Netflix in 2022. There's no word yet on the plot.
Tyler supposedly put Madea to rest in 2019, with the movie "A Madea Family Funeral" and the stage play "Madea's Farewell".
At the time he was 49 years old, and he said, quote, "I don't want to be her age playing her, so it was time to shut it down and move on. I've got some other things I want to do, and in this next 50, I'm going to do something different."

Some people are ready for things like handshakes and hugs again, and some aren't. So how do you tell?
A lot of conferences have started using colored wristbands as a way for people to know who's okay with physical contact, and who isn't. Red means stay six feet away, yellow means touching elbows is okay, and green means you're okay with things like handshakes, high-fives, and hugs again.
It's not a new idea. A company called Social Bands started selling the wristbands last year. But "The Wall Street Journal" just did a big story on it this week. And they're becoming more popular at big social events, like weddings.
