Do you know all four of your Grandparents' names?

A new poll commissioned by Ancestry.com found 53% of Americans do not.

Now here's an even harder question: Can you name all eight of your Great-Granparents?? Only 4% of us can do that one.

People in Boston are the most likely to know all four of their grandparents' names . . . 66% say yes. People in Philly are the least likely to know . . . only 26% can do it.

Two-thirds of people overall said they'd like to know more about their family history. and here are five things we'd like to find out . . .

1. Stories about your ancestors when they were young, and what their life was like.

2. Are they connected to any historical events?

3. Where did their last name come from, and what does it mean?

4. Did they have to overcome any hardships?

5. What region or country did they originally come from?

Most "life hacks" are good for a couple uses before they're completely forgotten . . . but others are so good that they can become a part of your daily routine. Buzzfeed compiled a list of them . . . here are a few highlights:

1. Keep your alarm clock or phone across the room, out of arm's reach.

2. When working from home, use your breaks to complete simple chores.

3. Get things ready for the next morning the night before.

4. Make "don't put it down, put it away" your mantra.

5. Hang a notepad on your pantry or refrigerator to stay stocked.

6. When cooking, clean as you go.

7. Start your day with a full glass of water.

8. If you have kids, complete YOUR nighttime routine at the same time you're making sure they do theirs . . . especially if you have trouble sticking to it yourself.

Are you a black licorice fan? A new study found compounds in it could potentially help cure cancer. Don't start eating it like crazy though. There's no proof yet, and eating too much licorice can make your blood pressure dangerously high.
