Banning books is all the rage right now. For whatever reason they are being challenged, it seems to have the opposite effect and the books fly off the library, stores and online shelves. I'm still surprised that a vocal minority can make the majority shudder and let it happen.
The latest to be banned is a book about babies. Everywhere Babies by Susan Meyers.
First published in 2001, Scarymommy.com says it depicts a delightful multitude of colorfully dressed babies being cared for and doted on by almost every permutation of family that you could imagine. The writing is magical, the pictures always hold something new, and the emotions and humor are right on point. And everyone can find themselves in Everywhere Babies.
Seems the problem is the many different families. It's 2022 get over it people.
