1998 while Monica and Brandy were having a hair-pulling fight over a boy, Shania Twain was saying You're Still the One (well you were #2 Shania.) The song was #2 for nine weeks, and one of her most successful singles at country radio. It won the Grammy for Best Country Song and Best Female Country Vocal Performance.
It was one of the longest runs at number 2 of any song in the history of the Billboard Hot 100. Next's "Too Close" also was at the number one spot while "You're Still the One" stalled at number two due to depleted stock of physical singles. (that sucks)
