1995 - The Woman in Me - Shania Twain

bribriny

25 Years Ago - 1995 Shania Twain released her second album The Woman in Me.

Produced by then-husband Robert John "Mutt" Lange it was HUGE!!! It sold 4 Million by the end of the year.

Eight singles were released (8!!!!) (not bad for someone who was almost dropped because of a disastrous first album.)

The album had much crossover success, but we will default to the Country Chart.

"Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?" peaked at #11 and #31 Hot 100.

"Any Man of Mine" (was the B-side to "Whose.." in the US) made #1 and #31 Hot 100.

"The Woman in Me (Needs the Man in You)" peaked at #14 and #74 Hot 100

"(If You're Not in It for Love) I'm Outta Here!" made #1 and #74 Hot 100.

"You Win My Love" was another #1.

"No One Needs to Know" was yet another #1.

"Home Ain't Where His Heart Is (Anymore)" peaked at #28.

"God Bless the Child" on the album was acapella, banjo was added for a single and it made #48 and #75 Hot 100.
