1992 The Sugarcubes released their third and final studio album Stick Around for Joy. Trouser Press wrote that "Björk’s singing is shapely, passionate and willfully bizarre; she carries the album pretty much on her own." (would we have it any other way??)

"Hit" was the first single making #1 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart. It was followed by "Walkabout", "Vitamin", and "Leash Called Love" that all went to #1 on the Dance Chart.
