1986 Duran Duran released their fourth album Notorious. The band was a bit in flux at this time. Having split off to work on Power Station and Arcadia. And Andy Taylor wanting to go in a harder direction. Nile Rodgers produced and did some guitar work on the album.

The title track was the first single becoming a #2 hit. (#26 Dance.) "Skin Trade" was the second single making #39. "Meet El Presidente" was the third single making #70.
