1984 - Warrior - Scandal

40 Years Ago - 1984 Scandal featuring Patty Smyth released their debut album Warrior.

A friend at Mount Union dressed up for Halloween using the make-up from this cover.

(Scandal was an EP released in 1982 with "Goodbye to You" on it)

"The Warrior" peaked at #7 and #1 Mainstream Rock. It was written by Holly Knight and Nick Gilder.

"Hands Tied" peaked at #41 and #21 Mainstream Rock

"Beat of a Heart" also peaked at #41 and #10 Mainstream Rock.

This album also has a great cover of “Only the Young” by Journey.
