Daylight Saving Time is ending this weekend, which means you'll get an extra hour of sleep on Saturday night.

That's GOOD . . . because in a new survey on sleep, 21% of people say they "rarely or never" wake up feeling well-rested.

That usually means you actually AREN'T well-rested. You're not spending enough time in bed . . . or you aren't getting enough quality sleep when you are.

People were asked about their "worries" at bedtime that might be keeping them up, and inflation is #1 for the second year in a row.

Covid is second, followed by gun violence . . . climate change . . . and politics.

-

A few other stats from the survey include:

43% of people say they've experienced insomnia this year.

25% have experienced "restless leg syndrome" this year.

17% have experienced sleep apnea this year.

Our #1 worst sleep habit is: Going to bed at different times every night. The second-worst habit is "screen-time in bed" . . . followed by eating too much right before bed . . . falling asleep with the TV on . . . and pulling all-nighters.

According to a recent survey, 70% of Americans think changing the clocks twice a year is a waste of time. The survey also found some of the top reasons WHY we hate changing the clocks . . .

1. It disrupts our sleep.

2. We have to adjust our sleep schedule.

3. It affects our mood and mental health.

4. The act of going around and changing our clocks.

5. Having to turn the lights on earlier...and it gets darker earlier.

The final Beatles recording is here.

Titled “Now and Then,” the almost impossible-to-believe track is four minutes and eight seconds of the first and only original Beatles recording of the 21st century.

More than four decades since Lennon's murder and two since George Harrison's death, the very last Beatles song has been released as a double A-side single with “Love Me Do,” the band's 1962 debut single.

“Now and Then” comes from the same batch of unreleased demos written by Lennon in the 1970s, which were given to his former bandmates by Yoko Ono.

During the documentary series, they were able to separate the vocal from the original cassette.

George Harrisons' part is lifted during the 1995 recording sessions.

Here's a short film about the process used to make this song.

Here's the song.

In space news: NASA had to apologize after suggesting it's dumb to think you'll ever visit Jupiter. People were angry at them for discouraging kids to dream big.

If you think it's wrong that Dolly Parton has never headlined the Super Bowl Halftime Show, so does the NFL. They've asked, but no luck so far. It's actually Dolly's fault.

She told "The Hollywood Reporter", quote, "I've been offered that many times. I couldn't do it because of other things, or I just didn't think I [could] do that big of a production. When you think about those shows, they're big, big productions.

"I've never done anything with that big of a production. I don't know if I could have. I think at the time that's what I was thinking."

Maybe with the Rockstar album, working with all those other musicians it could happen.

Someone polled 10,000 Americans and asked them three philosophy questions we've all heard before

Here's how people answered each one. See if you agree . . .

1. Is a glass half full or half empty? 61% said they usually think of it as half full. The older you are, the more likely you are to agree.

2. If a tree falls in the woods and no one's there, does it still make a sound? We're pretty unified on that one. Only 8% said it doesn't.

3. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? We're pretty divided on this one: 44% said the chicken . . . 32% said the egg . . . and 24% couldn't decide.
