What Do You Love About America Day

A luxury bathware brand in Japan is working on a new "human washing machine" to replace bathtubs. In English, the name literally means "Human Washing Machine of the Future."

An early version debuted at an expo in Japan in 1970, but this one's more high-tech.

It looks like the cockpit of a fighter jet and fills with water.  So it's like an enclosed tub.

it apparently uses "microscopic bubbles" to blast the filth off you.  Meanwhile, A.I. tracks your vitals to make sure you're comfortable and that the water temperature is just right.

It also dries you off, and the whole process takes 15 minutes.  So, it's faster than a nice, soothing bath.  But it would still be quicker to just take a fast shower.

Not everyone likes Thanksgiving dinner, so some of the most popular foods are also the LEAST popular.

Someone polled 1,000 Americans and asked which Thanksgiving foods they DON'T like.

1.  Turkey.  35% of us don't like it.

2.  Stuffing or dressing, 32%.

3.  Ham, 32%.

4.  Sweet potatoes or yams, 29%.

5.  Cranberry sauce, 29%.

6.  Green bean casserole, 23%.

7.  Mashed potatoes, 22%.

8.  Coleslaw, 22%.  (It's a fairly common Thanksgiving side in the South.)

9.  Pumpkin pie, 22%.

10.  Carrots, 16%.

16% also don't like mac-and-cheese

15% hate corn

14% hate apple pie.

12% of people said they like ALL of the Thanksgiving foods we just mentioned.

A fancy restaurant in New York called Old Homestead Steakhouse is offering a special cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving that costs $200 per SPOONFUL.

Their regular Thanksgiving dinner is pricey, but not insane.  The classed-up meal with turkey and fixings costs $85, or $105 if you add filet mignon.

But for an extra $195, you can add a dollop of the cranberry sauce.  Here's why it's so expensive.

In addition to the fresh cranberries, it's infused with a port wine that costs $4,400 a bottle . . . white truffles that cost $1,500 per pound . . . a special honey imported from New Zealand . . . and it's decorated with edible gold leaf.

They're only serving it on Thanksgiving Day.  The owners say they started with their mom's cranberry recipe and fancied it up.
