Want to avoid that awkward moment where you bump into someone you've met before and you can't remember their name. Or even worse . . . where someone says their name and you forget it two minutes later?
Here's a trick from a memory champion . . . yes, that's a real thing . . . you can use to remember everyone's name.
When someone tells you their name, create an entertaining mental picture of them . . . and put something in that mental picture that makes you think of their name.
For example, if you meet someone named Ross, picture him in the apartment from "Friends". Really picture him there. And the next time you see him, you'll associate that memory with him.
If someone has a less sitcom-friendly name, this still works. For example . . . the name "Hasiba." Picture her laughing with a zebra. Ha plus zebra equals Hasiba.
If you get in the habit of making these mental pictures you'll be able to remember the people's names for a LONG time . . . even if you go months or years before you see them again.

MyVision.org commissioned a study to find out which states have the most UFO sightings.
Just by sheer numbers, it's California. But that's because it has the most people. If you look at the per capita numbers, the real answer is . . . Idaho.
It's also the top up-and-coming state for UFOs. 32% of all sightings reported in Idaho have happened in the past five years.
The ten states with the most sightings per 100,000 people are: Idaho . . . New Hampshire . . . Montana . . . Vermont . . . New Mexico . . . Maine . . . Oregon . . . Wyoming . . . Washington . . . and Connecticut.
The study also found 78% of Americans think aliens exist . . . 1 in 10 think they've seen a UFO before . . . and 37% think the U.S. government has already made contact with extraterrestrials.

Who doesn't love a good steak? Seven in ten people say steak is one of their favorite foods, according to a new survey. That includes 75% of men and 65% of women.
And..fun fact - If you order a steak well done on a first date . . . and you put ketchup on it . . . you might not get a second date.
34% of people say they'd judge their date if they ordered a steak well done. And 42% would judge them even more if they put ketchup on it. Here are a few more all-American steak stats . . .
1. Our five favorite cuts of steak, in order, are: Ribeye, filet mignon, T-bone, New York strip, and porterhouse.
2. Our favorite steak sauce is A.1. It got 39% of the vote. Barbecue sauce is next at 13%, then Worcestershire sauce at 10%. 5% said ketchup is best.
3. 9% of us don't like any kind of seasoning on our steak when we cook it. Everyone else either said steak seasoning, or salt and pepper.
4. The best way to cook a steak is on the grill. It's the #1 choice by far. Cooking it in a pan is second, and in the oven is third.
5. Steak is also our FAVORITE food to grill. Chicken is next, then burgers, hot dogs, and ribs.
6. Medium rare is still the most popular way to order steak in a restaurant. 8% said rare or "blue rare," which is almost raw . . . 35% said medium rare . . . 21% said medium . . . 22%, medium well . . . and 14% like their steak well done.
7. Our favorite side to have with steak is a baked potato. The rest of the top five are mashed potatoes, salad, asparagus, and bread or bread rolls.
8. Just under half of us would eat steak at least three times a week if we could. That's if health and money weren't an issue.
9. 64% would choose steak as their final meal. Or it would at least be included, like maybe a surf-and-turf scenario.
