Weekend Box Office
1. Joker: Folie à Deux $40.0M
One of the lowest sequel openings in memory to a major franchise film based on a comic-book.
The only nice thing you can say about Joker: Folie à Deux‘s opening here is that when it comes to movie musicals, its stateside start is bigger than the entire domestic gross of Cats ($27.1M).
2. The Wild Robot $18.7M
3. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice $10.3M
4. Transformers One $5.4M
5. Speak No Evil $2.8M

Now there is Salsa Cereal.
You take a handful of tortilla chips . . . crush them into a bowl . . . top it with salsa . . . and go to town.
Of course, Tostitos is jumping onboard with their own social media campaign.
If this catches on, it could be a way to use all the broken pieces at the bottom of the bag.
(costs about the same as a box of name brand cereal)

Nintendo’s new museum showcases the firm’s evolution into a video gaming behemoth from a playing card company founded 135 years ago.
The venue itself is a treasure trove of interactive exhibits and historical displays. The first floor offers shooting games and a baseball pitching simulation, reflecting Nintendo's toy-making origins. The second floor delves into Nintendo's history with visitors able to interact with hanafuda playing cards — Nintendo's first product — and explore the evolution of its gaming consoles and software. The exhibits are meticulously curated to focus on gaming experience over technical prowess, a testament to Nintendo's philosophy of accessible and addictive gameplay.

Swiss Miss teamed up with an Indianapolis-based spirits maker called Hotel Tango Distillery to create Swiss Miss 'Shmallow . . . a "cocoa-infused bourbon whiskey that has hints of caramelized sugar and toasted marshmallows."
This boozy Swiss Miss is 60-proof . . . and it'll start showing up this month at select retailers. It's also available online through CaskCartel.com. It's supposed to have a suggested retail price of $28, but that website is selling it for $40.
Cask Cartel also sells it in two, three, and six-bottle bundles . . . but you might want to make sure you like it before you start stocking up for winter.
The website DrinkShmallow.com has some adult recipes you can use this for: A Cocoa Old Fashioned . . . a Spiked Hot Cocoa . . . and a White Russian.

5 Daily Habits That Made Me a More Positive Person from tinybuddha.com
1. Fall asleep in the “vortex.” - Being in the “vortex” refers to a state of pure positive energy. The idea in that quote is pretty straightforward: go to bed thinking positive thoughts and feeling happy feelings, and you’re more likely to wake up thinking and feeling positive in the morning.
2. Have something to look forward to on the following day. - schedule at least one activity that brings me joy for the following day. It can be going for a walk with a friend, baking cookies, or watching the sunset, even wearing your favorite outfit.
3. Absorb uplifting ideas in the evening. - The author reads a few pages of an inspiring book.
4. Make a gratitude list—with a twist. - I write down three to five things I’m grateful for—and why I appreciate each thing.
5. Choose your state of being as you open your eyes.

LIfehacker has an article - How to Set Up Your Bedroom Like a Hotel Room (and Why You Should)
According to one survey, about 73% of people surveyed reported better sleep when they crash in a hotel.
Choose quality bedding, make the room darker, cool the room down more, and straighten things up. Studies have shown that clutter and mess can have a negative impact on our sleep, so the magical way hotel rooms stay clean and tidy contributes to getting better sleep.
I've tried this, but when i come home the beds not made, and there are towels on the floor. Where is the maid????

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - The first recorded use of the F-word in human history was in 1528, when a monk wrote it in the margins of a book to express how much he disliked an abbot.
