We're all probably on our phones way too much. And while some of us use our smartphones worry-free, most of us don't. So, here are four phone habits that could be signs of anxiety.
1. Doomscrolling. That's when you constantly search for disturbing news, even though that news never makes you feel any better. This could be both a sign of anxiety, and even the cause of your anxiety in the first place.
2. Avoiding people by using your phone. Have you ever acted like you were on your phone to avoid talking to someone? If you're avoiding real-life interactions in favor of your phone, it could be a sign of anxiety.
3. The inability to put your phone down. If you have trouble separating from your phone, especially at times when you don't need it, this can point to anxiety. Like when you're exercising, going to bed, or in a work meeting.
4. Panic when your phone isn't working. If you feel super nervous or panicky when your phone dies or doesn't have WiFi, it could be a problem. This doesn't include people using their phones for safety. It's more of a red-flag if you're freaking out because you can't access Instagram.

It's a Taylor Swift Super Bowl. I mean Kansas City and San Francisco 49ers.
Hugs on the field for Travis from of course Taylor, and congratulatory hugs and conversation from brother Jason.
Travis joked, “You keep your shirt on this time?” Jason said, “I did ... for right now. We’ll see how it goes.”

An animal shelter in New Jersey called Homeward Bound Pet Adoption is offering a unique service for Valentine's Day this year.
For a $50 donation, they'll name a feral cat after your ex . . . then NEUTER it.
They'll also spay female cats.
The flyer they posted online says, "Neuter Your Ex for Valentine's Day" . . . "because some things shouldn't breed."

Six HOP Shops (convenience store) locations in Northern Kentucky have installed big red buttons in their bathrooms, with a sign saying: "Do Not Push This Button."
But there's also an image of their mascot, Hopper the Frog, WINKING, which signals that you COULD push the button if you want to.
If you do, it temporarily turns the bathroom into a DANCE CLUB, with lights . . . including an actual disco ball . . . and music.
A manager says the disco party bathrooms have gone viral on social media . . . and they're such a draw that people are coming JUST to go in to the bathroom.
She even says, "I had a 60-year-old woman who came out of the restroom and told me it was the best day of her life." (
Hey Dandy....a little idea for you!

In animal news: A new camera lets you see the world through the eyes of different animals. The team behind it released footage for 12 of them, including birds, bees, mice, and dogs. Fun fact: For mockingbirds, the sky is purple.

Today's Useless Fact of the Day - During a battle at a park between England and Ireland in 1916, there was a cease-fire every day so a park employee could feed the ducks.
