I watch a lot of TV...i'm an entertainment junkie. But have you ever met anyone with a TV or someone that doesn't watch much?
AskReddit asked - "People who don't watch TV: How do you spend your time?"
Reading. This was probably the top response, which suggests that many people feel like they have to choose between watching TV and reading.
Gaming. Among younger people, it's mostly online games . . . and among older adults it's a lot of board games, card games, and mobile games.
Podcasts, listening to the radio, and music . . . both listening to music, and playing an instrument.
Scrolling social media and apps. Which can be even junkier than a lot of TV. Several people also mentioned: "Doomscrolling and alcohol."
Home improvement projects, and working on their property.
Hobbies. This includes a lot of time-intensive home studio stuff like woodworking, metalwork, fixing things, crafts, painting, and other artwork.
Things to relax and de-stress, like knitting, crochet, and jigsaw puzzles.
Walking, exercising, and working out at the gym.
Playing sports with friends . . . or with organized groups.
Spending time with significant others and kids. Someone else said, "Being present with my cat."
Sleeping.
Someone said, "I just watch the wall."
Someone said, "Virtual travel through the power of Google Maps, Google Earth, and YouTube."
Someone said, "Police bodycam videos on YouTube."
Someone said, "Mostly sex."

Cinnamon Toast Crunch teamed up with Totino's Pizza Rolls for a new pizza-flavored cereal. (checks calendar..nope not April 1.)

If you think pizza-in-milk sounds okay, you're not alone. But here's where they might lose you: It's also still coated in their "Cinnadust" . . so, pizza with cinnamon and sugar.
They're not selling it in stores, thankfully. You have to win a box by going to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch online store next Tuesday.

We're not even a month into 2025 and lots of us are feeling burnt out already. If you're in that group, here are tips to turn things around
Move every day. You can't just sit around doomscrolling all the time and feel good. Put the phone down every now and then and do something active, whether it's walking, yoga, or anything else you enjoy.
Eat food that fuels you. That doesn't mean you have to live off salads and protein shakes, but you should aim for a balance that makes you feel good. There's a time and place for fast food and pizza, just not every day.
Find something that makes you happier to get through the day, and do it more often. It could be time with family, traveling, gardening, playing an instrument, or any number of things.
Get your stress under control. Stress is a drain, physically and mentally, so getting it to a more manageable level can have BIG effects. That's easier said than done, of course, but even small improvements can impact how good you feel.
Limit caffeine and alcohol. They can be fine in moderation. But drinking coffee or alcohol too late in the day can impact your sleep and bad sleep can make you feel less energized.
Get good sleep. Even if you follow every single piece of advice mentioned already, if you don't get enough sleep, you won't feel good. So at a minimum, try to go to bed at a reasonable hour, get seven to nine hours of sleep, and wake up at a consistent time each day.
