Lisa Marie Presley, singer-songwriter and daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, has died. She was 54.

EMTs responded to the singer's home in Calabasas, California on Thursday for a possible cardiac arrest, just two days after Presley attended the 2023 Golden Globes with Priscilla and Elvis star Austin Butler.

If you're going out to brunch with friends this weekend, here's what not to order . . .

Someone did a round-up of the worst foods to order at brunch, according to chefs. Here are the top six, and why they're all things you might want to avoid.

1. Anything you could easily make at home. If all you want is scrambled eggs and toast, go for it. But you're paying a premium for something you could make yourself for 50 cents. And their version probably isn't much better than yours.

2. Corned beef hash. A lot of people don't realize they prefer the cheap, canned variety. So they're underwhelmed when it's made from scratch.

But also, restaurants tend to toss all kind of leftovers in there. So you might be eating yesterday's scraps. Specialty omelets are another way they like to use up old ingredients that are going bad.

3. Eggs Benedict. According to Anthony Bourdain, it's a risky order because bacteria loves hollandaise sauce. Chefs always make big batches of it ahead of time, so it's probably been sitting out a while.

4. Canadian bacon. It comes pre-cooked, so all they're doing is heating it up. And it's not ordered as much as regular bacon. So if you're brunching on a Sunday, there's a chance it's been sitting in the fridge since LAST Sunday.

5. Steak and eggs. Only order it if you're at a nice place where you know the steak is good. Otherwise, you'll usually get a tough, low-quality cut of meat.

6. Bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary's. If you're just trying to tie one on, go for it. But be ready for a hangover. When drinks are "bottomless," they're usually made with the cheapest liquor, champagne, and juice they can find.

A Turkish model posted shots online after she made out with a guy for the first time . . . and he bit the tip of her TONGUE off.

It's hard to tell if he bit it CLEAN off, or if it was dangling. But she went to a hospital in Istanbul to have them sew it back together, and posted a short video online.

She says she'd known the guy about a month, and it was the first time they'd locked lips. It's not clear if she plans to give him another shot or not.

She's still not even sure how it happened. Her best guess is he just doesn't know how to kiss.

Luckily, doctors stitched her back up, and she's okay now.

The most important thing when committing a crime is NOT attracting attention to yourself. And yet, some criminals just can't help it.

Two men in their 30s were arrested in Florida last Thursday for allegedly committing multiple burglaries. They were caught because their truck didn't have a license plate . . . it just had a cardboard sign that said "Stolen Tag." (???)

The police say the pickup was spotted by witnesses outside several houses where the burglaries occurred . . . specifically people noticed the sign.

The police were alerted, and they were able to track down the truck and pull it over. When they searched it, they found stolen items including jewelry, as well as a handgun.

The men are facing multiple charges of grand theft and burglary, and it isn't the first time. The men have previous convictions for theft on their records.

A public safety officer in Michigan rescued a cat in a tree the other day. They posted a photo and said it could have been a "CATastrophe," but they were able to serve up some "claw and order."

The head of the federal agency that investigates auto crashes is worried that the growing weight of American vehicles will lead to more collisions that severely injure or kill someone in a smaller vehicle. That concern includes electric vehicles, Jennifer Homendy said, because the battery of an EV vehicle can make it thousands of pounds heavier than a similar gas-powered model.

One of Connecticut's nicknames is "The Provisions State." On Tuesday, Nutmeggers were able to add cannabis to those provisions, though some had to brave chilly morning temps to be among the first customers. Thankfully, one dispensary in Meriden had food trucks offering doughnuts as they waited….or after.

After Harry Styles's debut in Eternals in 2021, he is set to become a fixture in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

According to Marvel Studios producer Nate Moore, Styles' future in the MCU will go beyond his debut performance. "Styles, he is as charming as you want him to be. And I think there's no limit to how good that character's going to be once we get to bring him back,"
