While you sleep your body suppresses your anti-inflammatory proteins while you sleep. That's why you wake up stiff and achy.

How can you help combat this?

Have a good bed and pillows, sit up straight, eat well, and Find ways to be more active during the day. Movement lubricates joints. Exercise and yoga relieve inflammation by increasing blood flow to your muscles. Aim for 30 minutes a day, five days a week.

Wow..all things mom told you to do.

Just how popular is the Stanley? No the cup for hockey, the Stanley water bottle?

Well, their fortune has gone from a reported $73 million in revenue in 2019 to $750 million in 2023.

So what's the hype? Stanley will drop special seasonal or limited edition colors - the pink recently - and the scarcity creates huge demands, and of course, in our TikTok culture, we'll show it off making it more in demand.

I'll be honest, I'm a Yeti fan, it keeps my drink cold, but am a little shocked when I see it among the Stanleys and knock offs in the collection at work. It's a tad short (of course it's not 40oz either.)

Lisa Bonet has officially filed for divorce from Jason Momoa two years after they announced their breakup.

It all seems amicable..but i'm wondering if she saw Aquaman 2 and that's what pushed her to file.

What is in your glove compartment? If you're like me it's fast food napkins, the car manual, and condiment packages.

(Ohhhhh British.)

What should you have?

A mechanic has weighed in with suggestions of what's useful.

1.  Flashlight

2.  Your vehicle's manual

3.  Proof of insurance and registration

4.  Tire pressure gauge

5.  Mini first aid kit

6.  Pen and paper

7.  A multi-tool:  It's more than a Swiss Army knife.  It includes pliers, a screwdriver, and a small knife.

8.  Spare fuses:  It's good to have back-ups in case one blows while on the road.  You can reference your vehicle's manual if you don't know how to replace it.

What is the oddest thing you have in your glove box??

Someone asked people to name foods they cook wrong on purpose because they just like them that way.  Do you agree any of these are better like this?  And is there anything YOU intentionally cook wrong?

1.  Kraft Mac & Cheese:  Someone said the milk is completely unnecessary.  They only add the butter, so it's less runny.

2.  Ramen noodles:  They drain almost all the water, so it's just the noodles.  They only leave enough water to mix in the flavor packet.

3.  Mashed potatoes:  One person said they only mash them a little bit.  Another said they prefer them with the skin on.

4.  French fries:  Most people like them crispy.  But someone said they prefer them undercooked, so they stay floppy and a little raw.

5.  Breaking spaghetti in half:  You're not supposed to, because it's harder to twirl the noodles around your fork.  But it's not impossible to do, and it saves you the hassle of getting your really big pot out.

6.  Lots of people said they like foods overcooked, or even burnt:  Toast . . . eggs . . . popcorn . . . pasta, to make it really soft . . . broccoli for the same reason . . . and burnt hot dogs on the grill.  Burning marshmallows for s'mores is another one I've seen people do.

Another new product from the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas is in the news:  Workout pants that deliver ELECTRIC SHOCKS while you exercise.

It's kind of like the 2024 version of those gadgets that are supposed to give you a six-pack by shocking your abs while you binge-watch Netflix.  But to make the new electrified clothes work, you DO have to work out.

The brand is called WE-stim, and the shocks are apparently so slight, you don't even feel them.  They've got a tiny bit of silver stitched in to take the static electricity from your own movement and deliver a micro-current to your muscles.

They claim it reduces fatigue by 6%, and improves workout performance by up to 30%.  They also say it helps you recover post-workout.  They're already available online for between $60 and $100.

This all sounds terrible...Oh and by the way - A new study found smoking weed before a workout can boost motivation and make it seem more fun.

Several "top dermatologists" are now saying that men DON'T need to change their underwear every day.  But only if they're NOT sweating, and wearing loose-fitting boxers.  Women should still change theirs.

Police in North Texas had a call come in about a stabbing early yesterday morning, but when they got to the scene, they found a man slashing tires and stabbing PATIO FURNITURE.

The guy was apparently outside of a bar with a knife, and he was banging on windows and attacking everything in sight with the knife.  But fortunately, that didn't include any PEOPLE.  No humans were hurt.

They're checking out the guy to see if he was on something or had some kind of breakdown.  They also haven't said what he might be charged with.

Today’s Useless Fact of the Day - Sacagawea, who helped Lewis and Clark explore the Louisiana Territory, either died in 1812, when she was in her mid 20s . . . or in 1884 when she was in her 90s.  Historians have proof both ways and can't disprove either one.
