1996 25 Years Ago (Anniversary Song of the Day)

1996 LeAnn Rimes released her debut album Blue. In 1958 Bill Mack wrote and recorded the title track. The song won Mack the 1996 Grammy Award for Best Country Song, Rimes' rendition won the 1996 Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal Performance and made #26 on the Hot 100. She was 13 at the time.
