35 Years Ago - 1988 The Traveling Wilburys released their debut album Traveling Wilburys Vol.1
This was a supergroup consisting of Geroge Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison, and Tom Petty.
They all took on personas of the Wilbury brothers, and none of their real names appear anywhere on the album, liner notes, or songwriting credits.
The album won a Grammy for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.
This was also the last album to feature Roy Orboson before his death less than two months after it's release.
"Handle with Care" was the first single peaking at #45, #30 AC, #2 Album Rock Track. (thought this was a bigger hit)
