1987 - Kick - INXS

35 Years Ago - 1987 INXS released their sixth album Kick.

There were four singles released in the US. The first "Need You Tonight" went #1 (#7 Club #12 Mainstream Rock) I feel that the next track on the album Mediate is part of this song. the video is a tribute to Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues" with the flip cue cards.

The video won five MTV Video Music Awards including 1988 Video of The Year

"Devil Inside" was next making #2 (#2 Album Rock Tracks.)

The next singles were "New Sensation" (#3 #11 Club), "Never Tear Us Apart" (#7 #5 Mainstream Rock #28 Alternative Airplay), and "Mystify" (#17 Album Rock Tracks.)
