40 Years Ago - 1983 Kajagoogoo released their debut album White Feathers.

The album was c0-produced by Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran.

Their name is coined phonetically from the first sounds that many infants make.

The title track is the opening title song to the 1984 John Hughes movie Sixteen Candles.

"Too Shy" was the big hit peaking at #5.

"Hang On Now" did chart at #78.
