1971 Smokey Robinson and the Miracles released their eleventh album One Dozen Roses. Featuring the #1 "The Tears of a Clown", "I Don't Blame You at All" (#18), "Crazy About the La La La" (#56), and "Satisfaction" (#49.)

"Tears" originally showed up in a slightly different form on their previous album and became a UK hit. Once that happened, there was a new mix for America and it was released.
